PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of flashes in the molding using a mold equipment in which the insert is divided into a plurality. SOLUTION: The insert 2 mounted on the mother die 1 of the mold fixed half is not divided, and the insert 17 mounted on the mother die 3 of the mold moving half is divided into plural inserts 4-12. The inserts 4-12 are each equipped with water pipes 18a-18e, which are connected to individual fluid supplying sources to constitute plural temperature control systems (circulation channels). At least one of the inserts 4-12 and the other inserts are independently temperature controlled with fluids different in temperatures being flowed into each water pipe. A tentative molding is conducted while ascertaining the generation of the flashes, and temperatures of each insert 4-12 which restrain the generation of the flashes most are determined, respectively. While maintaining each insert 4-12 at those temperatures the production is conducted, and while monitoring the status of the flash generation even during the production the temperatures of each insert 4-12 are appropriately fine tuned.
