PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being impossible to deliver tweezers to the other person by maintaining its state since it is difficult to maintain a delicate force degree over a long time though the tweezes are conventionally premised to pinch a small object by pressing the tweezers by the fingertip force of a person. SOLUTION: A shape memory alloy 3 is installed on the tweezers. When closing a switch 7, an electric current flows, and the shape memory alloy contracts by being heated, and the tweezers close.
