DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION FOR HIGH FREQUENCY HAVING HIGH QUALITY COEFFICIENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric composition for microwave having a large Qf0, giving a large value of quality coefficient without attaining level B regulation by a longtime heat treatment at a high temperature, and having a large permittivity and a stable temperature coefficient of resonance frequency.

SOLUTION: This dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency represented by the formula: (1-x)(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O2-xZrO2(wherein x is 0≤x≤0.2) has a large quality coefficient (Q) and permittivity, and excellent in the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. This dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency can easily obtain a large value of quality coefficient even with a sintering at a low temperature for a short time.
