<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance operation device for an elevator unit in which a plurality of cars are installed in one shaft under the rising/falling control interlockingly with one another, capable of performing the operation as maintenance works easily. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance operation switch 11 is mounted on the elevator including a first car and a second car which rise and fall in one shaft and are controlled interlockingly with each other, while a hall display 9 is installed at each elevator hall. A control device 12 to be operated from the switch 11 gives a command to either of them for moving to the terminating floor of the shaft and taking a pause there, gives a command to the other for making a maintenance work corresponding operation in divisions excluding the terminating floors, and gives a command to the hall display 9 for making display about under the maintenance works. This precludes such an occurrence that one of the cars is left in normal operation and the operation as maintenance works can not be made to the other, and the easiness and the efficiency of the maintenance works can be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
