<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a seat belt attaching -detaching metal fitting reduced in cost and improved in support strength. <P>SOLUTION: This locking device of the seat belt attaching-detaching metal fitting is arranged along the cabin inside wall surface of a car body panel, and has a decorative member 5 for forming an opening 4 for freely inserting and extracting a tongue plate 3 of a seat belt 2 on an indoor side.
