PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for manufacturing a fine tire chip by superposing materials formed as belt-like tire pieces by cutting after cutting off a bead part of an old tire. SOLUTION: Two press machines 72 and 73 are arranged at a prescribed interval on a series of conveyor devices 71, and the tire pieces 6, 6, etc. placed on and carried by a conveyor are cut out into slender bar-shaped bodies 7, 7, etc., by the first press machine 72.
