PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying the garbage of irregular form such as household refuse and industrial waste by determinate quantity. SOLUTION: A material passage 6 is formed on an outer peripheral lower part of an annular table which is configurated by an outer cylinder 1 and upper and lower inner cylinders 2, 2' sharing a center line c, in such a manner that an upper part of the outer cylinder 1 and the upper inner cylinder 1 are connected by an upper annular plate 3, a lower part of the outer cylinder and a lower part of the lower inner cylinder 2' are connected by a lower annular plate 4, and an upper end of the lower inner cylinder 2' is closed, a material discharging clearance t is formed between the outer periphery of the table 5 and a lower end 2" of the upper inner cylinder 2, a plurality of rotary blades 8 are mounted on an upright rotating shaft 7 mounted on a central part of the table 5, tips of the rotary blades 8 and a rotary ring 9 mounted in the material passage 6 are connected by a clip 10, and a scraper 11 in the material passage 6 is mounted on the rotary ring 9.
