PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat removable from a mounting portion of a floor or the like and adjustable to be compact after removal. SOLUTION: The passenger seat 3 comprises a seat body 4 having a seat portion 4a and a backrest 4b and a leg body 5. The backrest 4b is displaceable between a rising position where it rises over the seat portion 4a and a folding position where it folds over the seat portion 4a. The leg body 5 has a frame 9 to which the seat body 4 is detachably fixed and legs 10 for supporting the frame 9, detachably fixed to a rail 2 placed on a floor 1 of a vehicle. The legs 10 are turnably mounted on the frame 9 for displacement between an erection position where they are erected from the lower part of the frame 9 and a storage position where they are stored inside the frame 9.
