BAG-MAKING AND FILLING METHOD USING DOUBLE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sealing defects and appearance defects from being caused by a gap between an inner film and an outer film during making of a bag by using a double film made by laminating the outer film on the inner film in a method of bag-making and filling using the double film.

SOLUTION: Two tube-like films are laminated in a flat shape to form the double film F having both the side edge margins r1 and r2 in the longitudinal direction both being continuous with each other. The double film F is supplied to a pillow packaging machine to be made into the bag, and an item to be housed is filled in it.
