PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is used as wallpaper or a surface material for furniture bags or the like and has a stainproofing function imparted thereto by simple procedures. SOLUTION: An expanded layer 2 and a printed layer 3 are formed on a base material 1 as a decorative layer. A stainproofing layer 4 as an outermost layer is formed by applying a coating material, which is prepared by adding 0.1 to 30 pts.wt. of paraffin wax to 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin emulsion 10 with a solid content of 10 to 65 wt.%, to the decorative layer by a rotary screen process or the like in a dry thickness of 5 to 30μm.
