PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic sheet in which a hydrophilic resin layer with no crack can be formed on the surface of a base material, hydrophilic properties are kept even outside, and contamination on the surface is easily washed out with rain water or the like; and which is used for a hydrophilic member exhibiting good self-cleaning characteristics for a long time and being hardly stained, and a hydrophilic member with decoration characteristics, design characteristics and a heat ray reflecting function. SOLUTION: The hydrophilic sheet is prepared by laminating the hydrophilic resin layer on one face of the base material, and laminating a pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer and a release sheet in this order on the opposite face of the base material. The hydrophilic sheet is also prepared by laminating the hydrophilic resin layer on one face of the base material and laminating a colored layer, the pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer and the release sheet in this order on the opposite face of the base material. The hydrophilic sheet is also prepared by laminating the hydrophilic resin layer on one face of the base material and laminating a heat ray reflecting layer, the pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer and the release sheet in this order on the opposite face of the base material.
