PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold powder for continuous steel casting, for which an incineration ash molten slag and an incineration fly ash molten slag to be discharged from a melting furnace are effectively recycled as material for the mold powder for continuous steel casting, and which is improved in melting property. SOLUTION: The mold power for continuous steel casting is characterized in that the mold power is blended with the incineration ash molten slag or the incineration fly ash molten slag to be discharged from the melting furnace.
