发明名称 METHOD FOR FABRICATING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a liquid crystal display(LCD) is provided to restrain the flow-alignment caused by injecting liquid crystals into the LCD to reduce the variation of a local light scattering. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode(2) is formed on the inner side of the first panel(1) and the second electrode(5) is formed on the inner side of the second panel(6). Spacers for controlling a cell thickness are dispersedly coated on the inner side of the first panel. A sealant having a predetermined height is formed at the edge of the inner side of the second panel through printing. The sealant is not formed at a specific portion of the edge of the second panel so as to form the passage for injecting liquid crystals at the portion. The first and second panels are attached to each other and the sealant is hardened. A compound mixed liquid crystals(4) with monomers is injected into the space between the two panels through the passage within the isotropic temperature of the compound to eliminate a flow-alignment. Ultraviolet rays is irradiated to the compound to harden the monomer.
