摘要 PURPOSE: A multi-dimensional object measuring system is provided to achieve high-speed and high-precision measuring data for an object by utilizing single image input device and two laser optical systems. CONSTITUTION: A multi-dimensional object measuring system includes a measuring head section(101) having an image input section(104), a lens system(105), an illumination device(107), two reflective systems(109,119), two lasers(102,103), and optical lenses(106,110,111). The image input section(104) adjusts a focusing for obtaining a clear image. The lasers(102,103) radiate single laser beam(108,118). Laser beam reflected from the reflective systems(109,119) is inputted into the image input section(104). At this time, reflective laser beam is created as a distorted line. The distorted line becomes z-axis information. A projection angle of laser beam is adjusted in such a manner that laser beam inputted into the image input section(104) is not overlapped with each other.
