PURPOSE: A method for landing rollers in a roller shoe is provided to have the roller protruded by lifting the back heel of one shoe and press-fitting as if hitting the back heel on the ground and have the rollers intruded by a simple operation of pushing a sliding pad portion rearward while pressing down the sliding pad portion. CONSTITUTION: A roller operating portion(300) is mounted on the back heel of a shoe for generating a moving force so as to have rollers protruded. A stopper portion(360) guides the roller to be opened and closed by restraining or releasing the moving force of the roller operating portion(300) and the moving force of a sliding pad portion(110). A roller landing portion(250) have the front and rear rollers simultaneously protruded or intruded with the moving force by a vertical takeoff and landing. A roller mounting member(130) enables split rollers(500a) of the front part of a shoe body(100) to be mountable in various forms. The sliding pad portion(110) enables the rollers to be intruded by a quick operation upon waking after stopping traveling or when a quick stop is demanded according to a sudden situation. A safety device portion is capable of selecting whether to open or shut the rollers upon traveling and walking.
