PURPOSE: A system and a method for lending out money of a financial organization are provided to secure the stability of a transaction by processing a loan business for repaying the credit sales to a supplier and agencies without security and making the supplier guarantee payment to a bank based on the security provided to the supplier the agencies for the credit sales. CONSTITUTION: An account opening part(12) opens the accounts by receiving the information for opening a general account(24) and a loan account(28) of each agency, and a general account(26) of the supplier. An estimated security price receiving part(14) receives the estimated security price information of each agency from a supplier collection system(30). A general account transfer part(16) transfers the price of the general account of each agency to the general account of the supplier by the fund transfer information transferred from agency terminals(40a,40b). A loan account transfer part(18) lends out the money within a limit of the estimated security price of the agency and transfers it to the general account of the supplier based on the loan request information transferred from the agency terminal.
