<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate charges while relating individual pieces of information on communication between two parties and start type communication event information into one start type communication event and to fairly and proportionally registering results of the charge calculation for respective participants. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are an information gathering means 51 which gathers the information on communication between two parties and start type communication event information generated by a star type communication event relaying server 30 and a call controller 40, an information merging means 52 which relates the pieces of information as ones accompanying the same start type communication event, a charge calculating means 53 which calculates charges by communication events between two parties or start type communication events from the pieces of related information, a charge proportional dividing means 54 which proportionally divides the charges among participating terminals, and a charge registering means 55 which performs a registering process of generating charge calculation result information from the calculation results for the respective terminals and saving it in an information storage medium 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
