<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte composite body with excellent lithium ion movability and forming property, and to provide a totally solid lithium cell using the composite body having low internal impedance and high energy density. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte composite body contains lithium ion conductive inorganic solid electrolyte and polymer. The polymer has lithium ion permeation property with a transference number of not less than 0.7, and the volume percentage of the polymer to the total volume of the lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte composite body is not less than 2 volume % and not more than 20 volume %.
