<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin structure that is provided with a structure to prevent breake due to vibration and shock, and a transformer and an inductor using the same. <P>SOLUTION: Flanges 71a and 71b are erected on both sides of the shaft 71c of a bobbin 71, and a plurality of convexes 82 are formed vertical to the shaft 71c around the outer periphery of the flange 71b. A diameterΦD of the outmost circle connecting apexes of the convexes 82 is slightly larger than the inner diameterΦB of the core 72. In addition, the convexes 82 formed in the flange 71b are respectively formed equal in distance to the center of the rotary shaft so that the bobbin 71 can keep a rotary center. When the bobbin 71 wound with a stator winding is pushed into the core 72, the bobbin 71 is tightly and concentrically fitted into the core 72 and secured within the core 72. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
