摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a battery using electrolyte containing hydroxy group from deterioration in the output power caused by the lowering of temperature. SOLUTION: A battery ECU 3100 controls the charging/discharging state of a battery using an electrolyte containing hydroxy group (OH), mounted to a vehicle. A motor generator 3500 charging the battery and an inverter 3102 are mounted to the vehicle. The battery ECU 3100 is connected to a battery main relay 3600 which switches between the connection/disconnection of the battery with the load mounted to the vehicle, and includes a CPU 3104 which turns off the battery main relay 3600 so as to disconnect the battery from the load when the battery is in a state of over charge, and being charged by the motor generator 3500 and the inverter 3102, and not discharging to the load.
