<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing apparatus for clearly indicating an error rate measurement value by each address block during reproduction of an optical disk on which image data and audio data are recorded. <P>SOLUTION: A monitor displays data superimposed on image data during reproduction of an optical disk and reproduced by the optical disk reproducing apparatus 1 as an output signal therefrom such as a track number of the reproduced data and track reproduction time 41, a top address 42 of an address block being recording position information, the number of correctable error data 43 and the number of uncorrectable error data 44 as a result of measurement of the error rate, and a notice 45 for the occurrence of an EDC (Error Detection Code) error. Since a user can confirm an error rate of the optical disk together with reproduction data, a deterioration state of the optical disk and a state of dirt on a recording face can be confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
