<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a plurality of step-down levels with low power consumption in a small model. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply circuit is so constituted that in an EVEN cycle, switches 12-1 to 12-3 and 12-7 are in ON-states, voltage-dividing capacitors 11-1 and 11-2 are connected in series on a VDD-GND side so as to allow the voltage-dividing capacitor 11-1 to be on the VDD side and the voltage-dividing capacitor 11-2 to be on the GND side; a voltage is applied between both poles of the voltage-dividing capacitors 11-1 and 11-2 in response to each capacity value, and in an ODD cycle, switches 12-4 to 12-6 and 12-8 are in ON-states; these capacitors 11-1 and 11-2 are connected in series between the VDD and the GND so as to allow the voltage-dividing capacitor 11-1 to be on the GND side and 11-2 to be on the VDD side; and desired outputs Vo1 and Vo2 can be generated in response to the capacity radio of the two voltage-dividing capacitors 11-1 and 11-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
