<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring oscillation circuit for reducing influence on a oscillation frequency due to nonuniformity in circuit parameters, and temperature dependency, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The ring oscillation circuit includes: a circuit for charging a capacitor with a current source current in order to eliminate the influence of a threshold voltage in an inverter; and a reset circuit for resetting the voltage of the capacitor to zero at the point of time when the voltages reach a certain value (a reset voltage) across the capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
