<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film which can be manufactured simply and at low cost, is difficult to be visually checked, and is translucent, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the conductive film comprises a step of forming a crack layer, having a crack in the shape of a mesh with a groove width of 10μm or smaller by drying and/or curing a base material, after applying a coating fluid which contains particulates with a particle diameter of 10μm or smaller on the base material with a wet application method, and a step of subsequently filling the inside of a groove of the crack, in the shape of a mesh of the crack layer with a conductive material by applying a solution, a fluid dispersion or a paste containing the conductive material to the surface of the crack layer in a wet process and drying and/or curing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
