<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element reducing uneven luminance of a luminescent segment, and inexpensively manufacturable. <P>SOLUTION: In the organic eletroluminescence element including a striped positive electrode 2 (transparent electrode) formed on a transparent substrate 1, a striped negative electrode 4 having a longitudinal direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the positive electrode 2, and an organic electroluminescence layer 3 (organic layer) formed at the intersection of the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 4 and between the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 4, all edge parts of each positive electrode 2 are formed into a round shape so that electric fields are not concentrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
