PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the noise and vibration produced by collision of a disk clamper against disks or a clamper plate when the DVD disk, CD disk, etc., are rotatably clamped to a turntable or when these disks are unclamped. SOLUTION: The disk 8 is attached to be held between the disk clamper 28 rotatably supported at the clamper plate 9 and the turntable and is clamped by the magnetic suction power acting between a magnet 23 and a yoke of the turntable. The clamper plate 9 is parted from the turntable, by which the disk 8 is unclamped from the magnetic suction power. Rubber rings 22, 25 and 27 are interposed between the disk clamper 28 and the disk 8 and between the disk clamper 28 and the clamper plate 9 and therefore the noise and vibration are suppressed.
