PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker which has improved productivity. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker is provided with: a magnetic circuit 4; a voice coil 8 whose one terminal is freely movably located on a magnetic gap 5 provided in the magnetic circuit 4; a frame 6 provided in the magnetic circuit 4; a diaphragm 17 coupled with the other terminal of the voice coil 8; an edge part 10 for linking a peripheral edge of the diaphragm 17 and the frame 6; and a damper part 9 for linking the voice coil 8 and the frame 6, and the edge part 10 and the damper part 9 are integrated via a linking part 11.
