The heat sink has an outer cylinder (10) that has radial cooling fins (2) on the outer surface. A second cylinder with inward facing radial fins (3) fits in the first. This is of a diameter to provide a clearance space through which cooling fluid flows. The inner cylinder has support studs (32).
