PURPOSE: A hands-free system capable of converting re-send setup time is provided to enable a user to frequently control short setup time of the hands-free system according to a setup time of each cellular phone, thereby using a re-send function of the hands-free system regardless of kinds of the cellular phones. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer(40') built in a hands-free module(30') stores re-send information, and controls an overall hands-free system. A transmission controller(150') delivers a user's voice inputted to a microphone(190') installed outside of the hands-free module(30') to a cellular phone(20'). A receiving controller(150') delivers other user's voice received from the cellular phone(20') to a hands-free speaker(180'). A transmitter(170') delivers an electric signal to perform a redial function with a final calling number prestored in the cellular phone(20'). A sliding switch(60) is installed on one side of the hands-free module(30'), and accords re-send setup time of the cellular phone(20') with setup time of the microcomputer(40'). A jack switch(10') transmits information to the hands-free module(30'), and is coupled with a cellular phone jack(110').
