<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information managing apparatus which can output information showing that external information has been received to a notification destination which should be notified of the information when the external information is received from outside. <P>SOLUTION: The information managing equipment 20 which manages image data received from outside comprises an attribute extraction part 200 which receives the image data from outside and extracts property information of the image data from a predetermined part of the image data, a notification destination storage part 224 which stores notice information indicating the reception of the image data and the notification destination to be notified of the notice information while making them correspond to the attribute information, a notification destination determination part 206 which extracts the notification destination from the notification destination storage part 224 by using the attribute information extracted by the property extraction part 200, and an output part 212 which outputs the notice information to the notification destination extracted by the notification destination determination part 206. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
