摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize wireless communication in a correct direction without substantially affected by an interference signal from another station and to largely reduce an overhead when compared with that of a second prior art. <P>SOLUTION: Each wireless station 1 which includes a variable beam antenna 101, transmits a beacon signal including its own ID in a broadcasting manner using an omnipattern to each wireless station 1 in a service area of its own station, receives the beacon signal using a rotating section pattern, and detects the azimuth angle and intensity level of the beacon signal and the wireless station ID. Consequently, the station stores the azimuth angle and signal intensity level for one of the plurality of wireless stations 1 in the service area in a database memory 154 as an azimuth angle/signal intensity level table (AS table). When transmitting a packet signal to a destination wireless station, the station transmits the packet signal to the destination wireless station using the sector pattern of the azimuth angle shown in the AS table, thus routing the packet signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
