PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unauthorized use prevention method by unanimous consent for information with tenure by which each of a plurality of software programs installed in computers collates common information stored individually to each other, without using a tampering-resistant device, and the unauthorized operation and interpolation of the information with tenure are prevented by not approving it unless the collation is performed correctly by unanimous consent. SOLUTION: The unauthorized use prevention method by unanimous consent for information with tenure, as its feature, stores the plurality of software programs A to E in computers, concerning the operation of information with tenure on any software program A among the plurality of software programs A to E. Each of the residual software programs B to E monitors the operation of the information with tenure, and only if it is approved by unanimous consent that the information with tenure is not operated fraudulently, the execution of the operation of the information with tenure is allowed.
