PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for an electromagnetic cooker capable of improving heat efficiency and rice cooking performance while preventing degradation in rice cooking performance and the generation of noise without causing cracks in a ferrite member or the detachment of the ferrite member even when impact is applied thereto and heating and cooling are repeated. SOLUTION: A part heretofore composed by adhesively fixing a ferrite bar formed by sintering ferrite powder, to a support base, is integrally composed of a heat resistant resin material (ferrite resin) containing ferrite powder. Further, instead of the ferrite bar heretofore arranged to cover a part of a face, opposite to a heated object, of an induction heating coil 13, the ferrite member 15 is arranged to cover a greater part (almost the whole surface) of the face, opposite to the heated object, of the induction heating coil 13.
