<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminator for accurate tests and calibration of an image capture device. <P>SOLUTION: This provides an illuminator suitable for electric imaging and accurate colorimetric determination under traditional photographing environment by using an integration chamber, a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LED), and a controller for controlling energy emitted from LED. In this apparatus, a beam of energy is surely directed by an LED supporter to an energy output terminal along a path between an energy input and output terminals of the integration chamber.
