<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stop a motor at a deceleration braking time by facilitating the control of brake torque in an agitating step to obtain optimum torque to thereby shorten a forward rotation time, facilitating the control of regenerating energy, and by making interval resistance consume power generating energy, and to prevent the abnormal rise of a DC voltage of an inverter circuit in a motor driver for a laundry apparatus for driving the motor by the inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The DC power of a rectifier circuit 2 connected to an AC power source 1 is converted into AC power by the inverter circuit 3, the AC power is supplied to the motor 4, and an agitating blade or a washing and dehydrating tank is driven by the motor 4. The rotor position of the motor 4 is detected by a rotor position detecting means 4a, and the circuit 3 is controlled by a control means 6. The means 6 advances or delays a motor current phase from a motor induced voltage at substantially 180° at the agitating blade deceleration braking time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
