PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform various kinds of communication control based upon notice information while utilizing pre-communication information notice services, and to easily perform a registering operation required for communication control and management of registered information. SOLUTION: In a facsimile machine 100 connected to a communication line 99 having the pre-communication information notice services, pre-communication information containing a telephone number and a name of a caller at least is received from a communication network side, incoming control information set with an incoming operation associated with the telephone number or the name of the caller is registered in a RAM 102 and for incoming, the incoming control information is searched based upon one of or both the telephone number and the name received from the communication line 99 based upon search conditions registered in the RAM 102.
