PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing insulated, exothermic, blind feeder and feeder sleeves by mixing raw materials themselves without addition of water and coercively or naturally hardening the mixture is provided. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises processes of mixing water glass as binder with aluminum powder, iron oxide, silicon, manganese dioxide, strontium peroxide, barium peroxide, fire resistant clay, ceramic fiber, abrasive, niter, carbonaceous material, ferrite or a mixture thereof; and hardening the mixture using carbonic acid gas, wherein the binder includes furfural alcohol/formaldehyde based resin, urea formaldehyde/furfural alcohol based resin, phenol formaldehyde/furfural alcohol based resin and urea-phenol formaldehyde/furfural alcohol based resin, and hardener includes phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, para-toluene sulfonic acid and benzenesulfonic acid.
