R1, R2, R3, R4 = monovalent hydrocarbyl radicals; n = 0 or 1; A = a metalloid of group VB; and E = a divalent group attached to a double bond which is conjugated to the E = A double bond and/or another metalloid attached to a doublet which is conjugated directly or indirectly with the E = A double bond. Independent claims are also included for: (1) use of the compositions; and (2) the process of nucleophilic substitution.
