<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide materials for a construction independently of the creditability of each construction company. <P>SOLUTION: A method prepared for guaranteeing the supply of materials for a construction and constituted so as to comprise at least construction companies and a management institution includes a process for making the management institution grasp building information concerned with a building to be constructed by a certain construction company, a process for grasping the information on construction money for the construction from a construction requester or a financial institution or the like, and a process for grasping payment information including at least the cost of the materials with regard to the construction money.
