PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for security value calculation of a project which are suitably used to accurately calculate the economical value of a work in the middle of a construction allow a 3rd person to buy the work in the middle of the construction, and finish the work by using an additional loan from a financial institution.

SOLUTION: An in-process project security value calculation part 88 calculates the value at an implemented process stage regarding a project object from the finish value of the project object and contract amount information on an implemented process regarding the project object. A project finish value calculation part 85 receives design information from a design book management table 81 and also receives contract total amount information from a project implementation history table 83. A project construction completion value calculation part 86 receives progress states by completed processes from a project progress management table 82 and receives contract amount information of implemented processes from the project implementation history table 83.
