<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system by which a service providing company and an office ('users') perform unique communication with their clients ('clients') and further support their businesses. <P>SOLUTION: The business support system is provided with a client information registration means for receiving client information of the user from a user terminal and for registering the client information in a client information database, a common content registration means of receiving the common contents to be browsed by the clients or users in common from the user terminal and for registering the common contents in a common content database, a message registration means by client for receiving messages by every client from the user terminal and registering the messages in a message database by client and a content transmission means for extracting the common contents from the common content database when they are accessed from a client terminal, for extracting the messages by every client from the message database by client and for transmitting them to the client terminal by combining them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
