PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface acoustic wave (SAW) device with large power resistance in a high frequency band such as the 1.5 GHz band. SOLUTION: A plurality of one terminal pair SAW resonators are serially connected to obtain a resonator group. A plurality of resonator groups are connected in parallel in the first arm, which is arranged as a parallel arm P51 closest to an input terminal. The first arm distributes power to be impressed on a part between the input terminal and reference potential to the plurality of one terminal pair SAW resonators. Each of other serial arms S51, S52, and parallel arms P52, P53 includes the single one terminal pair SAW resonator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
