PURPOSE: A BCCH(Broadcast Control Channel) structure is provided to have an FCCH(Frequency Correction Channel) pattern and an SCH(Synchronization Channel) pattern in one time slot, and to simultaneously demodulate the FCCH pattern and the SCH pattern, thereby reducing operation time of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: Both an FCCH bit pattern(230) and an SCH bit pattern(240) are configured on every time slot(220) disposed on each frame(210) forming a forward BCCH. The FCCH bit pattern(230) and the SCH bit pattern(240) are simultaneously demodulated when measuring receiving power by receiving the BCCH from each cell. A connection is attempted, based on corresponding demodulation information for the cells after selecting the cells in reference to the measured receiving power. |
