<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application approval system capable of flexibly changing the working place of an approver and managing the approval state of each application documents. <P>SOLUTION: The application approval system is constituted of a Web server 200, a client 100 connected to the Web server 200 through a network, a database 300, and a database access module 210 built in the Web server 200. Application data inputted from the client 100 are stored in the database 300, and the database access module 210 circulates the application data among approvers concerned in accordance with a prescribed approval route stored in the database 300 and manages the approval history of each application data.
