PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation rail capable of keeping the position of devices to be installed on linking plate seats disusing fixing metal fittings. SOLUTION: The linking plate 23, 23 arranged on both sides of an installation rail 20 are divided into aligned tooth shape through cutting lines 24 for cut-and- raise extending in the width direction, and teeth parts 25 lying between adjacent cutting lines 24, 24 are bent and raised. As the devices to be fixed like terminal stands are positioned by the cut and raised teeth parts 25, conventional fixing metal fittings are disused, and the number of parts and the cost are reduced, further, the operation of holding the devices to the fixed like the terminal stand become easy because the devices can be fixed only by bending and raising the teeth parts 25.
