PURPOSE: Center bearing structure of a propeller shaft for a vehicle is provided to reduce the axial vibration of a driving propeller shaft and improve the assembling performance of a center-bearing unit. CONSTITUTION: Center bearing structure of a propeller shaft for a vehicle has a bearing(1) to which lubricating oil leakage-preventing oil seals(3) are disposed; a bearing housing(2) covering the bearing and the oil seals; and a bearing holder fixing the outer peripheral surface of the bearing housing to a frame of the vehicle by interposing a rubber(4). The bearing is inserted into the propeller shaft. The width of the rubber is smaller than the contact surface of the bearing housing, and the rubber can slide in the bearing housing. Thus, the axial vibration of the propeller shaft is prevented from being transmitted to the frame.
