PURPOSE: An emergency evacuation apparatus of a vehicle is provided to quickly evacuate the vehicle from a dangerous place by driving a starting motor through operation of an emergency switch and disposing a coupling between a crankshaft of an engine and a slave shaft of a flywheel when the engine stops. CONSTITUTION: An emergency evacuation apparatus of a vehicle comprises a key switch(1) connecting sources of electricity of a battery in an emergency stop of an engine; an emergency switch(2) connected to the key switch in series, to decide operation of apparatus; a brake sensor(3) connected to the emergency switch in series, to sense operation of a brake; a clutch sensor(4) connected to the brake sensor in series, to sense operation of a clutch; an engine stop sensor(5) connected to the clutch sensor in series, to sense a stop of the engine; a transmission neutral sensor(6) connected to the engine stop sensor in series, to sense neutral of a transmission; an actuator(7) connected to the transmission neutral sensor in series, to separate a driving shaft of the engine side and a driven shaft of the transmission side; and a starting motor(8) connected to the actuator in parallel, to rotate a flywheel of the engine.
