<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate information providing device by which a person who desires sale easily and promptly performs a negotiation of sale of a real estate to a person who desires purchase. <P>SOLUTION: The person who desires sale can easily learn purchase estate information conforming to retrieval conditions since a plurality of pieces of purchase estate information registered in a purchase information registration part 13d are retrieved by prescribed retrieval conditions, the purchase estate information having desired purchase conditions conforming to the retrieval conditions is extracted, the extracted purchase estate information is written in a homepage 13c of the person who desires sale and the written purchase estate information is displayed on a terminal 3 on the selling side. The person who desires sale can inform the person who desires purchase of sale estate information since the sale estate information is written in a homepage 13e of the person who desires purchase of the person who desires purchase to register the purchase estate information displayed on the terminal 3 on the selling side and thus, the person who desires sale can easily and promptly perform the negotiation of sale of the real estate to the person who desires purchase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
