<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance production efficiency by storing a plurality of data concern ing the vacuum of each suction nozzle in a storage device and determining suction of an electronic component from the data concerning the vacuum of a suction nozzle being used thereby quickening the production tact. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component mounter comprising a vacuum sensor 43 for detecting the vacuum of a suction nozzle 21 being used among a plurality of suction nozzles provided in a mounting head 7 under a state where the electronic component is not suction chucked, and an RAM for storing a plurality of data concerning the vacuum of each suction nozzle 21 under a state where the electronic component is not vacuum chucked is further provided with a CPU for determining suction of the electronic component based on the vacuum detected by the vacuum sensor 43 and the data stored in the RAM depending on the suction nozzle 21 being switched to be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
