<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation monitoring device for reducing a load on an operator when detecting an alarm and a condition change in an operation of the plant, receiving an outset notification, and deploying a countermeasure of an abnormal outset factor. <P>SOLUTION: The plant operation monitoring device comprises a plant alarm monitor means, a plant condition monitor means and a plant operation condition monitor means. The plant operation monitoring device further comprises a database for deploying countermeasures to a variety of factors storing methods of deploying countermeasures for the operator to deal with a variety of detected factors, and a means for adding a countermeasure deployment method for adding and outputting a countermeasure deployment method for the operator to deal with the detected factor from each means by using the database for deploying countermeasures to a variety of factors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
